CENTREVILLE, Md. (March 7, 2011)---Symphony Village, the active adult community in Centreville, announces its 2011 pricing on all of its models, according to Jeff Caruso, president of Caruso Homes, Crofton, Md.

The Symphony Village 2011 pricing includes: Verdi, with 1,401 square feet, sells for $259,990; Puccini, offering 1,440 square feet, is priced at $279,990; Bach, with 1,775 square feet, sells for $318,990; Strauss, offering 1,841 square feet, is priced at $321,990; Schubert, with 1,915 square feet, sells for $324,990; Gershwin, offering 2,059 square feet, is priced at $332,990; Vivaldi, with 2,152 square feet, sells for $340,990; Mozart, offering 2,253 square feet, is priced at $362,990; Beethoven, offering 2,414 square feet, sells for $369, 990.

The 2011 pricing for each model includes a two car garage, a super bathroom, wood foyer, nine foot ceilings and 42" cabinets with crown moldings. There is a $5,000 options credit available to buyers who select Caruso Homes preferred lender and title companies.
